We Train to be Stronger.
Vélo was built on one belief: real strength comes from showing up, for your body and for each other. We’re here to build stronger bodies, and a community you actually want to be part of.
Vēlo exists to give people a studio where every class is taught, every level is welcome, and showing up feels like coming home.
“Vēlo is the best community I have ever been a part of.”
No matter your fitness level or body type, you are seen and accepted.

Meet Elissa Faith, Founder of Vélo Fitness Studio
Former gymnast and dancer. HEAT, Sculpt & Strength instructor.
Elissa Faith’s life runs on three S’s: Sun, Strength, and Studio Time. Movement found her early, as a gymnast and dancer, and it never let go. In 2020, she opened Vélo, and has since expanded her own certifications as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, and opened a Reformer Pilates studio alongside it.
She still teaches HEAT, Sculpt, and Strength herself. But ask her what she loves most, and it’s not the workout. It’s the community. Bringing women together to feel stronger, more confident, and connected is the whole point.
What makes Vélo different?
• Every format under one roof: spin, barre, sculpt, strength, yoga, and heat
• Small, instructor-led classes, not crowded rooms
• All levels welcome, every class
• Heated formats for the ones who want more intensity
• A community that actually knows your name
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. We believe in a studio that moves with you.
WHO is velo FOR?
Vélo is for you if
• You want a workout that keeps changing, so you never get bored
• You want real community, not just a class
• You’re ready to feel stronger, however that shows up for you
• You want the option to turn up the heat when you’re ready
• You want structure and instruction that actually builds results over time
Four ways to move.
Spin
45 min · Mixed-terrain cycling
Clip in and go. Flats, hills, and everything between, set to a playlist that makes the climb worth it.
Flow
Yoga · Hot Restore Flow · Warm Restore Flow
Breathe it out. Relax, restore, and rejuvenate with a practice that builds strength, increases flexibility, and eases stress. Hot Restore Flow is heated hotter than Warm Restore Flow.
Sculpt
Sculpt · 60 Second Sculpt · Sculpt + Strength
Build it here. Low-impact, full-body work that blends Pilates-inspired movement with strength training, plus mat-based HIIT circuits for endurance and power.
Burn
HEAT · Barre · Full Body Strength
This one’s hot. HEAT is our signature hot and hard class, joined by ballet-inspired Barre and heavy-weight Full Body Strength.
Meet the team
Elissa Faith
Founder · HEAT, Sculpt, Strength
Elissa Faith’s life runs on three S’s: Sun, Strength, and Studio Time. A former gymnast and dancer, she opened Vélo in 2020 and has since become a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, opening a Reformer Pilates studio alongside it. Her favorite part of the job will always be the community: bringing women together to feel stronger, more confident, and connected.
Olivia
Spin, Reformer Pilates
Olivia started working out at Vélo in 2024 and fell for the community, the coaches, and the energy fast. She joined the team teaching spin in May 2025, and added Reformer Pilates in July 2026. She loves building classes that leave you feeling stronger. Outside of Vélo, she’s a Labor & Delivery nurse, and whenever she’s got free time, she’s probably baking brownies.
Katie
Yoga
Katie brings over a decade of personal practice and four years of teaching experience, bridging fiery hot yoga and grounding Yin flow. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, a gateway to presence and mindfulness in everyday life. Outside the studio, she’s usually deep in a non-fiction audiobook on the drive between Hampstead and Jacksonville, working with watercolors, or spending time with her family and two pups.
Paige
Spin
After two knee surgeries, spin was the first workout Paige had ever done, and she fell in love with it. She’s taught spin at Vélo for three years, and her classes always bring high energy, fun choreography, and a playlist that makes you want to party. When she’s not teaching, she’s either taking a class at Vélo or spending time with friends and family.
Megan
Yoga, Strength, Sculpt
Megan has taught group fitness since 2017 and has been at Vélo for 2 years. Finding Vélo after moving to the area felt like coming home. Outside the studio, she’s got 4 huskies, a standing movie night with her best friend, and a habit of tagging along on her husband’s work trips to try out fitness studios in new cities.
Solomiya
Sculpt, Strength
Solomiya has strength trained for nearly a decade and discovered Pilates while working through her own injuries. That experience sparked a passion for movement and led her to become a Pilates Sculpt & Strength instructor. Outside of teaching, she’s usually strength training, hiking, or outdoors.
Savannah
Spin
Savannah has taught spin for 2½ years and brings good music, big energy, and a knack for making every ride feel like the best part of your day. When she’s not on the bike, she’s probably doing Pilates, drinking too much coffee, or planning her next workout.
Stacey
Spin
Stacey has been cycling for over a decade and teaching at Vélo for three years. Outside the studio, she’s homeschooling her three teens and chauffeuring them around town. She loves a good book and is an aspiring author herself.
Lauren
Barre
Lauren has practiced barre for 11 years and taught it for 9, the last 7 months at Vélo. Outside the studio, she’s with her three kids, at the beach, or counting down the minutes until she’s back in the room.
MARIAH
Barre, Sculpt
Mariah loves bringing energy, motivation, and good vibes to every class. Outside the studio, you can find her with her husband and daughter, or at home with her chickens and cats.
ALEXIS
Yoga
Alexis is a yoga, sound healing, and meditation instructor who loves creating a welcoming space for movement, relaxation and connection. When she’s not at the studio, you can find her at the beach or listening to her favorite band, Cocteau Twins.
GRACE
Cycle
Grace has been involved in fitness her whole life, from team sports to weightlifting and everything in between! After overcoming multiple health challenges, she discovered a passion for cycling and found her place at Vélo. When she’s not teaching or taking a class, you can find her baking sourdough, enjoying a coffee, or spending a cozy night in with her husband and two dogs!

“Don’t be scared to try a class.”
This studio is such a light in this community. The owners and instructors are so knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. It is truly a space for all. Class options are vast and accommodating, with classes every day of the week from early morning to late evening. As someone who gets bored easily with workouts, is an athlete, and has lifted for years, these classes keep me engaged and have transformed my body composition while upping my aerobic ability. Wednesday night Yoga and Thursday night HEAT are my favorites. Don’t be scared to try a class. I promise you’ll be welcomed with the warmest smiles.

“It’s the community.”
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, supportive, and full of positive energy. What makes this gym so special isn’t just the workouts, it’s the community. People genuinely cheer each other on and make everyone feel like they belong, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. Showing up is something I actually look forward to.

Vélo/Vivre provides such a positive and fun atmosphere. They’re also great at providing pregnancy modifications and checking in throughout the workout. I love that one membership covers all the diverse classes: sculpt, barre, Pilates, spin, and more.

“No judgment from anyone.”
I hadn’t worked out in over 5 years after having my kids, and Vélo makes me feel so comfortable, like I’ve been working out for years. I’m not the gym type of person, so this has been the perfect place for me. You can just feel there is no judgment from anyone. Being here makes me so excited for my fitness journey.
